How To Repair Bad Credit For Businesses

Tuesday 30 September 2008 @ 11:57 pm

The first step towards business bad credit repair is to obtain the credit report. A person has to approach credit bureau with written matter to get a free credit report. You may also use online services to get the credit report, as the Internet provides instant access to various credit reporting agencies. In addition, there are certain other tools available on the Internet that help submit disputes directly to the credit bureaus.

An individual needs to obtain credit report standings from at least three websites, because not all reports contain the same information. Get a hard copy of the report and mark all the incorrect information on the credit report. Contact the creditors by phone first, before starting to write dispute letters. A list of creditors and their phone numbers can be found on the last sheet of credit report.

Some creditors do not talk to people, as they send the account information to the collection agency. Therefore, the person has to speak to the collection agency. While considering collection agencies, remember to get everything in writing. Do not send them any money unless the settlement is in writing.

Moreover, while interacting with these collection agencies, make sure that, it is the right agency and they have the authority to negotiate a settlement.

When accepting a settlement agreement, make sure that the agreement is printed on the company’s genuine letterhead. Avoid accepting a hand written piece of paper. If the agreement is successful, the person may ask for the removal of the trade line from the credit report. They term it as “Bulls eyeing the account”. Some do and some do not bother to remove the offending trade line.

Writing Letters to Credit Bureaus:

Still, if people are unable to repair the bad credit with consultants, they can write dispute letters to credit bureaus. It is necessary to be polite in the letter. Here, you may require an investigator. Inform your investigator that the misinformation is affecting the credit, and point out the inaccuracies and discrepancies.

Make a habit of keeping a credit repair diary. It is very important to keep the track of all your efforts to repair your bad credit. Sometimes, “credit repair” companies do not consider the dispute letter process. Do not just keep writing letters repeatedly. Keep some proofs or copies of letters to support claims.

Do not use formal letters. You may find many websites that give samples of dispute letters. Ignore those, since people in dispute department recognize these letters and so, they do not take the complaint seriously.

You need to be persistent. If you owe huge debt, then try to negotiate with the creditor. You have to be patient, as it is not going to happen in one day. In short, you need to be patient, polite, persistent, and organized in all efforts towards your bad credit repair.

Attorney for Credit Repair:

You may also choose a credit repair attorney. There are certain law firms or attorneys, who offer expert business credit repair services. Prepare the list of questions and ask law firms to help you choose an expert attorney for the job of business credit repair.

Should I let him decide?

Tuesday 30 September 2008 @ 11:17 pm
My b/f broke up with me a few weeks ago. We were together for almost 4 years. They were the best years of my life and I care about him so much. I know everyone goes through this and I have been feeling so depressed. I know that the best way to solve most break ups is to not contact him at all and act like I'm unavailable at all times. He still contacts me every once in awhile asking what I've been up to. I don't call him anymore just to save myself the disappointment. He told me that there's a chance we may have a future together because he'll always love me. So should I keep to myself and not talk to him at all? Should I even ignore him if he contacts me? Do you think that's the best decision of hoping to get him back? I'm also afraid if I completely ignore him he'll think I don't care. If after a while of not speaking to him and I still feel this way should I let him know? Or wait on him? Any advice?

What would you do…..?

Tuesday 30 September 2008 @ 11:17 pm
I'm not looking for people to take my side. I just want honest answers please! Don't be afraid to tell me I'm wrong. I take care of a little girl in my home during the day(along with my soon to be 2 year old daughter.) The little girl just turned 1. I'll give you more details than necessary in oder to make an informed decision. When I first met them the agreement was that I watch her from 7:30 am to between 1-2 pm.(her dad gets done work at 12)- and get paid $150 a week. Flat rate. The first day she came they brought her at 7 am and did so every day following. I let it go. Then, they were picking her up at 3 pm. Let it go. One day it was 4:30 and they still weren't here to pick her up. I called every phone number I had and couldnt get a hold of anyone. Right after, the mother calls and said the dad fell asleep and she was supposed to call me but forgot. I let it slide. Now 2 weeks later they tell me the dad's schedule is changin and he hours are changng too. He's working from 2 to midnight now. So they are dropping her off any time they want- between 9 and 11 am and picking her up at 5:30. I haven't asked them for any more money where a day care would charge them overtime and probably boot them for inconsistancy. Now more to the story. The child cries ALL THE TIME! There's nothing I can do to console her and my daughte ris suffering. It gets my daughter all upset and she is always hitting at the little girl and telling her to go home. I of course correct my daughter for hitting. They pay me on Mondays and last week they paid me 2 weeks in advance- which I don't like but whatever. Now, I'm at the point where I want to end this but they already paid me and the money already went to my bills. I also want to give them proper notice but don't really think I should since they walked all over me. I'm not sure what to do. These people also have an extensive criminal background I wasn't aware of come here high all the time. I don't want this type around my daughter or in my house. I'm no "goody goody", I've had my share of run ins, but am changed now and try to live my life right,So naturally, I'm nervous about how to tell them considering the children are here and I don't want any "scene". I also want to be a woman and tell them face to face. There was never any contract siging and they pay me in cash so it's an iffy situation. There are just soo many concerns and I'm losing sleep at night. Please give me some advice!

Should I write this girl a letter?

Tuesday 30 September 2008 @ 11:15 pm
So I was flirting with this female at my job and this is just an update. so i flirted lightly. The major move i made was of course bumping into her purposely. so the next time we saw each other i saw her staring at me frm down the hall. when i finally made my way dwn there she was in a litttle office on her cell so as i passed she looked at me. i had a feeling she knew i was comin and wanted to make eye contact. then a about a minute after she came out and said hi and i said hi. i just want to know if anyone thinks it would be okay to go a bit further. i mean my flirting isnt making her act weird and i thinks she likes it. should i wite a little letter and give her my number or do something else. i mean i just need advice.

Problems shaving upper lip?

Tuesday 30 September 2008 @ 11:14 pm
I've been having immense problems shaving my mustache/upper-lip area. I shave every day. I switched to an electric shaver a few months ago, but I have to go over this area about 10 times to shave it completely, giving it redness and bumps. With a normal blade, I have to shave against the grain to shave it off, which gives me cuts which turn into unattractive razor bumps. BOTH types of razors get me to the same end. Any advice?

Fish Pond & winter. What to do?

Tuesday 30 September 2008 @ 11:13 pm
This past spring I put a 50 gallon above ground pond in the yard. It is 24 inches at it's deepest end. I have 4 beautiful gold fish who have increased in size from 1 inch to about 4 inches and would hate for something to happen to them over winter. I gave the pond it's final fall cleaning and have been feeding them fall/winter food now that the weather in Buffalo NY is turning cold at night. I have also purchased an electric de-icer to set in the pond once the snow starts to fall (or will this be too late)?. What else can I do to help insure my fish will survive the winter? Any suggestions? I really don't want to go to the expense of getting an aquarium and bringing them inside. Any advice will be appreciated.
