I have access to a gym and was wondering what machine(s) are best for weight loss and how I should use them efficiently (e.g how long should i spend on them and should I up my intensity, and if so when etc) My main goal is weight loss, I;m not an overweight person but want to lose a little fat which is covering my midriff. I also have access to weights if that is helpful? Any help and advice please :)
