ok, so i am getting 2 platies and 2 guppies soon. or maybe just 4 guppies. i am getting a 20-25 gallon tank for them. theyll have a filter, gravel, some fake plants, food, gravel vaccum, fake coral for hiding, net, algae scraper, like a 5 gallon tank for water changes , and i think thats it. i mightve forgotten something. but anyways, i know everything i need, so dont be like "oh you forgot..." cuz i know what i need. anyways...i heard if you have all males, theyll be so lonely, theyll die cuz they arent mating. is this true? cuz if it is im getting females. but i dont want to accidentally buy a pregnant fish. they have too many babies to take care of. so if male die from lonliness, im getting all girls. but i really want males cuz theyre prettir. thanks for any advice! : ) the tank will already be cycled.
