I'm thinking of going to a junior college for a 2 year degree in hospitality management. I am also considering going to U. of West Florida for a 4 year degree in the same field. If I go to UWF would it be worth the extra time. I have 8 years bar-tending experience, inventory experience and made the bar schedule at a multi-million dollar a year restaurant as well as handling all of the marketing and ordering for almost 4 years. I just don't have any real managerial experience. If anyone could offer advice it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
