I would like to do this as succesfully as possible. I think Wellbutrin helped--impulsiveness was an issue, but attention span was fine. I was helped minimally with depression, mostly which came from frustration over my impulsive actions. We now feel I am well enough to try giving it a rest :)))) with caution...
But I want to start things such as yoga and pilates to help sooth my busy brain. Any exercise and vitamin advice? My docotor is helpful and on board and I just want the old Sam back after a few years of all this feeling blunted.
Please advise if you have done somethng similar.
